Good practices at Sõstar minispa
Pesa Hotel is committed to protecting the natural environment and practising sustainable consumption. Our establishment is proud to be awarded the Green Key label. It is important to us that all of our guests enjoy their time in the minispa – here are a few basic rules to follow:
- Please wear swimsuits at all times in the minispa and saunas. Suitable footwear is also advised. Bathrobes and sauna sheets can be rented for a small fee.
- Remember that other guests also want to relax in the spa, so please keep voices down and switch off your mobile phone.
- It is recommended to shower before and after using the saunas and whirlpool bath. Please do not leave the water running after you are finished.
- Do not run in the minispa. Wet floors may be slippery.
- While in the sauna, please use the paper seat covers provided to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. Once you are done using the sauna, kindly discard the seat cover.
- Refreshments can be ordered in the minispa area. Pay for them at reception upon exiting.
- Please do not bring your own food, drink or glassware into the minispa.
- Please dry off after leaving the water area and before entering the light therapy room or dressing rooms.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied in the spa by a parent or adult guardian.
- Please keep your valuables locked in the lockers. The hotel does not take responsibility for belongings left unattended.
- When leaving the minispa, please return the locker key, rented towels and bathrobe. You may be charged a fee for lost items.
- Use of the minispa is strongly discouraged if you have had too much to drink. Intoxicated customers may be refused service by staff. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-booked and prepaid services.
- Staff are entitled to issue cautions about inappropriate behaviour and ask customers to leave the premises in such cases.
- Procedures such as hair dyeing and shaving should be done at home.
- Children who are not yet toilet trained are asked to wear swim diapers.
